Delivery Policy
To ensure the freshness and quality of your seafood, please make sure someone is available at your home during your designated time slot to receive the delivery.
If no one is present at the time of delivery, we will need to reschedule the delivery to prevent the seafood from being exposed to the Queensland heat, which could compromise its freshness and safety before consumption.
A $10 rescheduling fee will be applied to your order and invoiced to you if you are not available within your chosen time slot to receive your order.
Returns and Refunds
We are not required to provide a refund or return if the consumer changes their mind.
As fresh seafood is specifically sourced fresh for each order, we cannot accept returns once the items have been delivered and accepted, except in cases of damage or if the quality is questionable at the time of delivery.I
If you believe your seafood was damaged or of unsatisfactory quality upon delivery, please contact us for authorisation within 24 hours. The food will be inspected by a designated Food Safety Supervisor. Seafood is not returnable 24 hours after delivery.
Incorrect Order
If you have made an error with your order, please contact us within 2 hours via email at info@collingwoodcatchseafood.com.au so we can assist in making the necessary corrections. As we source seafood specifically for each order, changes may not be possible after the 2-hour window has passed.
