Delivery Policy

To ensure the freshness and quality of your seafood, please make sure someone is available at your home to receive the delivery. If no one is present at the time of delivery, we will need to reschedule the delivery to prevent the seafood from being exposed to the Queensland heat, which could compromise its freshness and safety before consumption. A $10 rescheduling fee will be applied to your order and invoiced to you if you are not available within your chosen time slot.
